Design: You can submit your own completed design electronically (either via email or CD) or we can take your requirements and design the piece for you.

Layout Files: All files must be finished size (i.e. a business card is 3½" x 2" so the layout size should reflect this).
If you submit multiple versions, place each version on a separate page.
Bleeds must be incorporated by customers.
Machine or hand generated crop, bleed, fold, or registration marks will not be accepted.

File Formats: If you are submitting your piece electronically, please use one of the following file formats: Adobe Pagemaker 7.0 and below (Mac/PC) Adobe InDesign (2.0 Mac/1.5 PC) Quark Express 5.0 and below (Mac/PC) Adobe Illustrator EPS (Mac/PC) with text converted to outlines and place in either PageMaker or Quark Express with    appropriate color settings and size Adobe Photoshop HI-RES EPS/Tiff/PSD (Mac/PC) with text converted to outlines and place in either PageMaker or Quark   Express with appropriate color settings and size

Fonts and Images:All files must include all fonts and images, including printer and screen fonts.

Proof:Please submit a laser or inkjet proof so that we can compare the file to the proof.
